Q: Will a subscription auto-charge my cc every month?
A: Yes. Once you subscribe, you will be automatically charged on your credit card until you cancel your subscription.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: When signed in, go to MY ACCOUNT and click the CHANGE PASSWORD button and you’ll be walked through the reset process.

Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel in the middle of the month or even a few days after I subscribe?
A: If you decide to cancel shortly after subscribing, you WILL be charged the monthly fee, but the next fee will not process. However, please refer any issues concerning refunds to customerservice@gabrielcommunications.com.

Q: When is in new content added?
A: As this is a new venture for us, we are adding new content every week.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can watch the content?
A: With a subscription, there is no limit to how many times you can watch. If you are renting an episode, you have 1 day to watch the episode once you rent.

Q: Can I use different devices?
A: Yes, you can use your computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, Roku, Apple TV or Amazon Fire as long as you have your login email and password.

Q: How do I change my email address?
A: In order to change your email address, call customer service as we will cancel your existing membership, refund your money and you can re-subscribe with your new email address.

Q: If I cancel by mistake, can I reinstate without paying another membership fee?
A: If you cancel by mistake, please contact Customer Service (customerservice@gabrielcommuncations.com) and we will make sure you are properly refunded and reinstated.
